Neither do something else (idk, music for example) or just give yourself a break (maybe like 2-3 days).

im think of doin sm on reaper

Hmm... Just like @Niko1nja said, you could try to 'do-something-else' (like trying to make music, or writting, or any kind of other activities that could involve 'creating' something else than art) or maybe give yourself a break from all this whole 'drawing-thing' to 'refresh' your head a little.

Nevertheless, I would also like to offer you my 'own' alternative: why not trying something as simple and calming as, for example, walking? Go put on your trainers, tie them properly, grab some headphones (preferably, in case that the sole activity of walking 'in-silence' itself could look 'too-boring' to you, all alone) and go take a stroll. Let the sunshine of the sun 'warm-up' your head, while the fresh wind helps you to make all those 'negative-thoughts' fly away out of it to never come back ever again, while also you listen to your favorite songs. How does that sound?

Myself, from time to time, whenever I feel 'down' or 'frustrated' with anything, I do that. And it works pretty good, so, I thought that it could be pretty good for you as an alternative, as well.

Give it a think, and in case that you try it in the end, let me know if it actually worked for you.

What @Gekkotsuki said! Also, remember that it takes YEARS, possibly even DECADES, to get better at something like art. Don't beat yourself up just because your first few pieces are not as good as what you make 10 years from now.

I think it helps to focus on and specialize on one thing at a time. I finally did that in the past year by deciding I wanted to get much more competent at making 3D cartoon characters in Blender and similar software specifically. Now that I'm much more comfortable with that and can afford to skip a few days of 3D modeling without forgetting everything, I might switch over to spending my practice time finally making my Movie Portal 3D animations at least 4-star worthy in 2025 and beyond.

@NikoN1nja also makes a good point that you might want to try some different kind of art. Maybe your true passions actually lie in music, or coding, or video game level design. I don't believe "natural talent" actually exists, you just choose something you really, really like doing and eventually get extremely good at it just because you spend the majority of your free time practicing it and genuinely enjoying every minute of it. I have tried to get decent at programming games in engines like GDevelop, Unity and RPGMaker, and even released a couple of tiny games onto the Game Portal, but I find constantly fixing bugs and testing levels and mechanics an absolute slog, while I have too much fun making pretty visuals for my otherwise-uninspired game designs.

Likewise, I could eventually get pretty good at making music...if I completely give up on working on art for 4+ hours a day, because there's not enough time in any given day for me to "git gud" at both disciplines, and personally I wouldn't give up my time for practicing art for anything, I love it too much.

TLDR; spend your youthful years just trying everything while you still can, and what you eventually get good at is whatever brings you genuine joy and is something you can see yourself practicing even after a tiring day of work, just for the fun of it and to pass the time.

thanks a lot man..

@chillzozen @NikoN1nja Ye welcome
